Hi greetings. Thank you for a detailed history. Yet i would say certain critical points are missing in your history. Firstly, is there and family history of balding in the male members - your dad/your elder brother/maternal uncles ? also good food and non veg may not necessarily mean nutritious. You may be having androgenetic alopecia nd this needs to be dealt with after due eamination by a qualified dermatologist and use of hair care medicines/ procedures to stop hair loss and promote hair growth. Your skin needs to be examined to comment on cause of pigmentation. Kindly send in your queries / photos of lesions/answers on private follow up messaging . Warm Regards Dr Govind Suresh Mittal, Bengaluru.
