Some of my front head areas are going bald, pls suggest a cost effective treatment as I wondering for hair implant.

There are various grades of baldness. Depending on extent of hair loss, treatment can be decided upon. If it's minimal medical treatment would suffice or else hair transplant would be a good option. At least start with minoxidil lotion to be applied at night.
