Hair Fall problem since 1 year

It's been a year i have been facing hairfall. Every time i wash my hair I could see plenty of hairs on my hand. I also have a dandruff problem. I have used many hairfall shampoo but nothing is helping. I don't think i have this as a genetical problem because my father have hair. I also taken biotins and it's not helping much.
