Hair fall for new born baby

My niece is having heavy hair fall issue from 15 days, she is 2.5 months old and one side hairs have completely fallen. Is it a common issue in new born baby or should we consult a doctor. Will those hairs regrow after some days??

It is very common issue. If baby is lying continuously, due to friction hair falls down. Have a soft bedding. Keep changing his posture. You can even put her in prone position. Relax. It is a temporary phenomenon. Hair will grow. Give multivitamin drops 0.6ml once a day.
