Haemorrhoids treatment
I have grade 2 internal haemorrhoids diagnosed in last month. I want a good advice regarding treatment. Which treatment is better for curing the problem? Local doctor advised me for sclerotherapy and other advised for homeopathy treatment. I am confused which treatment do I choose? Please answer me.

You need to bring about changes in your diet , increase your water intake to atleast 3litres per day, include/increase dietary fibre in your diet. Regularize your meal timings, add probiotics to your diet. Sclerotherapy is a good option if you are looking for instant relief, but unless you bring about changes in your lifestyle, it’s not permanent.
