I’ve been feeling a small flesh-like lump or swelling just outside my anus. It’s a bit uncomfortable and slightly painful, especially when I sit or clean the area.I think it's haemorrhoid .please suggest some medicine

It need PR examination to rule hemorrhoids vs skin tag. You should take high fiber diet, sitz bath, and laxatives
