Hello. I understand your problem. Sinusitis can be a recurrent problem. Do an MRI of paranasal sinuses to see the extent of sinusitis. Take tab Calpol 650mg SOS for headache. Steam inhalation with Karvol Plus 3-4 times/day will help. Take tab Tekekast-L 10mg at bedtime for 10days. Follow up with an ENT surgeon for further opinion. Hope this helps.
