Had foreplay with my partner...normally periods are irregular since last 6 months...n hb is 9.took pregnancy test also but it is negative...m i pregnant??

Hello, your hemoglobin is low ,you shouldn't take any chances since you are very young. If you have not involved in sexual intercourse(inserting penis into vagina) then there is no chance of pregnancy . Your pregnancy test also came negative . So don't worry ,see if you have next regular monthly period.
