H.pylori & Gastric erythema

I had gallbladder surgery 2014 after had diarrhea, recently more gastric had CT scan , endoscopy , RUT positive, Gastric erythema had 14 days triple antibiotics , taking PPI tablets .still gastric has not reduced. Advice best treatment
