Hi ! I think u have the problem of cysts in ovary, so u r thinking for laproscopic removal of part or complete ovary. Let me suggest u something, surgery is not the ultimate option for every part that is diseased unless it is fatal to the body. Removing the part is like cutting the branch of tree, the branch regrows,  but its not the case with human body, once a part is removed, its removed for the life time and body has to suffer its loss, and has to adjust its functions with the loss of part, shifting its pressure to other parts, like we shift our anger on others, and there will be no regrowth and exception for human body. U r just 27yrs. U can choose other options to solve ur problem. Other systems of medicine like Homoeopathy, Ayurveda  has proved efficiency in many cases of PCOD without proceeding to surgeries, diluting the cyst completely giving u ur previous health back, ofcourse it definitely takes sometime for the cyst to dilute. I dont know whether u have tried or not. Through laproscopy complete ovary will be removed not a part of it, ofcourse taking in to consideration the health condition of  other ovary and ur Eggbank for future Reproduction. U may need to wait a mnth for intercourse post laproscopy, if u dont face any other complications like bleeding, white discharge etc following laproscopy other than ur period time.
