Sir I am 17 years old 72 KGS approx I am having male breast. Sir I don't know I am having gynecomastia or just chest fat. I am a fat guy. I don't want to do a surgery. Please give me some solution if it can be cured by medication. I have been suffering from this from last 3 years. I feel very embarrassed about this . Please give me some medication solution.
