I have observed an approximately 2 cm large white wart like thing surrounded by small white pimple type which is growing in size like water filled blisters. The main wart is very itchy and all of it is located on the outer lip of my vagina. Could it be an std or yeast infection? Can it be a serious matter? P.s. i keep the intimate parts very clean and my husband doesn't have an std.
