Hi Doctor I have got small pimple on my left side lower Brest due to heat and acidity, will it cause any serious health issue? Can you please clarify I am worried because usually this happens when I get acidity or when motion is not clear pimple will appear on leg or bum so this time same pimple appeared on Brest

This problem is due to hyper acidity. Try to reduce hyper acidity. Take antacid tablet for acidity.
