M 37 year old married women. I often face a a peculiar problem. Often around my mid cycle there mild spotting / bleeding which continues till I get my next period.. And when this type of condition occurs my period get delayed by 2-3 days more.. Is it a cause of concern? Does more diagnosis need? How to handle this I also have Small fibroid and don't have any child, neither ever conceived. Pl guide..
