I've a problem of gynacomastia. What is the solution for it. How this can be fixed. I feel very embarrassed because of this. What is the treatment to reduce the excess fat. Please advise

Hello...... Gynecomastia is swelling of the breast tissue in boys or men, caused by an imbalance of the hormones estrogen and testosterone. Most cases of gynecomastia regress over time without treatment. However, if gynecomastia is caused by an underlying condition, such as malnutrition or cirrhosis, that condition may need treatment. Consult general physician.
