How do i detect that i am suffering from gynacomastia. Is surgery painful and what is the recovery time

You can do some hormonal test to know if there is any hormonal abnormalities. Also you need to do a sonography of your chest area to know if there is the abnormal growth of the breast tissue which is known as gynaecomastia. Hope this is helpful.
