Hi doctor, My periods delayed 7 days 8th day i travelled to my hometown 9 hours journey night i started bleeding thread like bleeding for 1 and halfday,Please let what isthe cause ?

Do an ultrasound pelvis. It could be hormone disturbance. Can happen due to multiply causes, stress and travel being few. Revert with reports
