Iam facing the childless problem i had conceived 5 years before by using ayurvedic medicines but in 5th month i had abortion the foetus in the womb did not develop doctor told after that i went for HSG there the report i got tubal block and since i could not recent before six month when i went to a doctor after getting all investigations and scanning the report i got that i have 2 fibroids in the uterus any chances of pregnancy can i have please let me know i became pregnant in 2009
It is possible if only one tube is blocked...However, there are medically different factors that come to play in this kind of situation, especially when fibroid is present. It is possible for 2 women to have fibroids and one will get pregnant, carry the pregnancy to full term and still have a safe delivery while the other will not be able to conceive not even to talk of delivery...but your age is big problem...At 40, your chance of conceiving is about 20 per cent (based on the average annual rate of pregnancy per cycle), falling to less than five per cent by the mid-40s...so I would suggest you to consult nearest infertility specialist and discuss in detail about the issues before taking any further steps.
