GROWTH OF NECK IS NOT INCREASING

Good evening sir!!! I am Anil Yadav from jharkhand,around 10 years back i was suffered from NECK CANCER which was curied/taken care by Hospital( Chitranjan Hospital,Kolkatta) and finally i got overcome from this dieases. Problem is that my NECK is not growing since the day of Chemotherapy while other parts of body is growing with age.I also consult to the health care but not get any benifit at all. Is there any malham/Ointments that can be helpful to grow our neck.Please help me to get the proper solution about this problem. THANK YOU
