Group of vesicles on hands and near ears

Am diabetic since 15 yrs on treatment with gliptins and pregalbin.since 15 days am suffering with a n no of group of vesicles on both hands till elbow and on face near both ears.there is full itching.on scratching fluid is oozing out.so please suggest about it.

Please upload photos for better understanding. It could be eczema or other conditions that can present with vesicle. There are many. Please consult me or a nearby dermatologist. If you scratch it continuously, it's likely that u may infect it since you are diabetic. Dr Shaurya Rohatgi, MD
