Hello, I went through query, most of the the urinary tract pains are either transmitted to renal angle (in the back), or to the groin region and inner thighs. If the renal stones are small and they are passing down the ureter could cause these symptoms. Please drink plenty of water and continue medications prescribed by your doctor, get one followup scan to see whether stone has passed.
