During masturbate my right leg nerve pain its like pulling the nerve(normally occurs for anybody)i think you catch my point,after that groin area particularly right tecticle and inner thigh jointing know thats with heat sensation with no pain  why it occurs but not its too harm please help i do masturbate in fast drive only,sughest me exercises or what should i avoid to get rid of this .
