Is there any side effects of colicaid drops if accidently overdose. Difference between colicaid drops and gripe water?

Yes,so many side effects  caused by drops.hallucinations, vomiting, nausea, diarrhoea etc. Colicaid drops have lactase enzyme,simethicone etc.While gripe water contains sodium bicarbonate,dill oil etc ,can cause alkalosis.

u can give only 3 drops of  lemon in lukewarm water o d.
