I have suffered from enlarged swallow neck but there is no pain only size is increased l took FNAC test by my doctor advised in test report mentioned that GRANULOMATOUS LYMPHADENITIS my doctor told that is TB NODE, my doubt which is the best treatment for my problem. is homeopathy  suitable for this problem?

homoeopathy have give better result. instead of surgery take treatment may be there is no need of other thing.
