Hello dr,my kid is of 9 year old had surgical circumcision it's been 5 weeks ,their are bumps/ granules like sturcture is present  and they are not increasing in size but not looking good that's y we r worrying ... I'm attaching the images kindly have a look and let me know if they will go by their own thank u...

Hi Circumcision surgery involves suturing of the skin and Mucous membrane. There will be unbalanced healing process and residual fluid collection surrounding the glans penis wick can look like bumps.it is quite normal.
Next Steps
Watch for warning signs post circumcision surgery - bleeding - sudden onset swelling of affected area causing obstructing to urine flow - pus discharge - color change - from pink to black / bluish black
