As part of routine checkup of my father(aged 63years) the PSA count is 0.2. The prostate is given as Enlarged with size as 4.5*4.4*3.9 cm and 41.6gm. Volume of post-void residual urine is insignificant. The impression mentioned is "Grade 1 prostatomegaly". Although there are no symptoms for difficulty in urination, what does Grade 1 prostatomegaly mean and is it a concern at the age of 63years?

The symptoms are more important than the actual size of the prostate, so since your father is not having any urinary issues he might not require medication after an adequate physical examination and a good history taking.
