BP systolic is normal, diastolic pressure or on the higher side, this is called diastolic blood pressure. You need to aggressively modify your lifestyle by low added salt, aggressive exercise aerobics, avoid addictions if any, practice meditation and yoga. If there are persistent elevation in diastolic pressure you may require addition of antihypertensive medication. Diastolic dysfunction grade 1 can be associated with hypertension.
LDL Cholesterol is bad cholesterol and can be lowered with exercise dietary restriction and medications if required.

Monitor regular morning evening BP twice in a week for next 7-8 weeks.
We have to assess whether it is it is what time of hypertension like morning surge or evening surge.
