Good Homeopathy Medicine for Sleep

I am not getting sleep properly. I generally take kali phos homeo medicine for that, But recently a doctor specified R14 drops for me. Which one of Kali phos and R14 is a good medicine for inducing good sound sleep?

You can use whatever suits you. Homeopathy doesnt work on specifics or combinations The drops are combination of many homeopathic medicines it wont help you for long term. Kali phos you can take. For long term and permanent relieve consult a homeopath and give detailed case.
