Heavy cough and gold kindly advise early morning heavy nose allergy I am not use gold water so some problems kindly advise

Recurrent sneezing occurring especially early morning is due to a condition called  Vasomotor rhinitis. It is not due to an allergy  but due to some irritant (like cold air, alcohol,  spicy food,  emotion) that stimulates the lining cells of the nose.
