Hi. Is Setu glutathione good? Am consuming it from 2 months.. I got little glow on my face.. No improvement in skin color... Please suggest any other effective brand

Gud evening pls pls try to follow a healthy balanced diet with exercise and adequate water intake,sleep early n reduce stress by doing yoga or meditation for 20mins in evening if early morning not possible.don't be dependent on supplement usage.

Hi, Its a very potent Anti-oxidant. Why do you want to rely on supplements when you can add natural foods to give similar effect. Broccoli is rich in Glutathione. Besides all the deep coloured fruits and vegetables like - Red,Yellow,Orange and Green variety.
