Sir I have fixed Pacemaker My pace maker is working fine since 2017 Sep on wards Dr arvise to take following tablets Cilacar 10 Bitalac 25 I am regularly taking above madicine morning and Night Why I have sudden giddiness Please advise me Malliga I have no diabites
