I have this problem of giddiness ..which feels like i am going to faint ..or im moving even at rest ..i dont know why im getting this ..i comes suddenly ..some times it stays for longer ..sometimes it stay for 2 hrs or so ...i consulted neurologist also ..he said no vertigo...and gave some medicines for anxiety...now after using that medicine im facing drowziness too..can u please suggest what can be the problem..i have bp aroind 140/80 when consulted..no thyroid..no diabetes..got ecg done normal. Some times i also feel pain in chest..also while walking for short distance ..im feeling tired. If anyone reading this has same issue ..please contact me on whatsapp 9959five4nine1fivezero
