Getting sick often home remedies: try boosting immunity with vitamin C-rich foods (oranges, lemons), zinc-rich foods (nuts, seeds), probiotics, honey, garlic, ginger, and staying hydrated with plenty of water, herbal teas, and getting adequate sleep.
