Needs further assessment regarding the cause and focus of infection. Kindly consult a pediatrician for some blood investigations to be done.

Mostly these are viral infections which are self limiting and don't need any  treatment other than Paracetamol . What is more  important is  the  general condition in between the fever episodes , the appetite , activity , growth parameters . If these things are  getting affected please show to the   Pediatrician.  Try not to give antibiotics too frequently as they may not be needed and may actually cause more harm than good
