Getting brown periods after intercourse

I got my periods on 28/2/2018. I did intercourse on 4 n 5 day of periods. From 12/3/2018 onwards I m getting brown vaginal discharge. Please help me

It’s clotted left menstrual blood. See ur doctor to confirm or do a sonography pelvis to rule out endometriosis
