Hi I was diagnosed with GERD 4 years back and likewise had allergic cold from last 7-8 years ( i Don’t have sinus infection) I just to have a reflux and because of it i feel suffocated and now taking Veloz L on SOS basis helps. Likewise the problem is i have been taking Montair LC from last 4 years almost every day. And if i dont take i get a cold within a day or so. I feel worried that its a long period i have been consuming this medicine ( montair lc) but if i dont take i get a cold very immediate. I visited by my ent specialist and discovered i have dns nose towards right side. And he has told me that it is safe to consume Montair lc no matter how long you take it. Guidance required: 1) I don't have very regular motions, is this because of this med 2) i want to stop this medicine what shall i do for my cold

Get a paranasal xray to rule out sinusitis, see ENT doctor for ruling out Deviated nasal septum ,or nasal polyps and other local conditions ,till such time u can use a nasal spray DOUNASE ,two puffs in each nostril ,take protein and vitamin c rich diet , avoid cold drinks ,smoking ,dust, use a suitable mask while in crowds  ,also avoid dust, strong perfumes, agarbatti and mosquito coil smoke which may be causing allergic rhinitis
