Shortness of breath, wierd thoughs, light head ness, mood swings, lack of construction, don't feel happy ever, horrible thoughts and many more plz tell is it curable or not I feel very much anxious at times plz help. It's been 4 yrs I want to get rid from all this plz help me m taking interal 10 nowdays.

Hello, You seem to be suffering from a anxiety disorder. You will need medication that workn on the neurotransmitters along with  long tetm psychological therapy. Inderal will only relieve physical symptoms of anxiety and might not be very useful in your case. Please see a psychiatrist to prescribe you the appropriate medications.
