I would advise you to visit a gynecologist so that you can be evaluated and treated accordingly. You will require antibiotics, antacids, antihistamines and a topical cream. Maintain a good hygiene and clean the area thoroughly.

Madam, You may be having a fungal infection over there.. Fungal infections are very common in that area causing redness and itching. You can consult a nearby homeopath or me here in Bangalore.
