Both my parents had finished a heart surgery for blockage in the heart before they were 55 they are still alive In their 60+ but on medication.. I'm a mild smoker I don't drink and I workout 6 days a week on a healthy diet but I was obese before 4 years now I'm perfectly in a balanced weighted how do I assess My risk?
