1) as per her rheumatoid factor and Renal Function Anti rheumatoid drugs to be started. 2) Get X ray of Hip to see if trochenteric fracture has United or not. 3 ) for generalised bony pain get her metabolic bone profile n BMD. Accordingly to their levels  further drugs for her weakened bones has to be started.
