I have generalized body ache and fatigue for last 12 years, NASH is diagnosed in 2012,I have Sleep apnoea as well

You need to get some tests done for the same . Best would be to get full body check up with vitamin b12, vitamin d. For the sleep apnea , you would need a physical consult or a sleep study
