  4. General query. Spread rabies infection?

Today I had eaten biscuits from a open biscuit packet which was bought by me 3 days ago and packet was opened and partially consumed on the same day and that open packet was kept in my car and car is almost closed and I had never seen mouse in it but I think if some mouse has came in contact of biscuits. Does it may spread rabies infection ?
