Some friends tell me that during sleep on ground small insects or small worms can enter brain and body through ear. Is this right or wrong ???. Please answer.

Depends on the status of your ear drum, if ear drum is perforated it can enter to middle ear. Plus some insects may damage any part of your ear canal,ear drum.
