Try other methods for getting proper sleep like sleep hygiene. Stop that drug as u already take a month.. But proper history regarding ur symptoms need to know before giving any final comment

Madam, For what diagnosis it was prescribed, duration will depend on it. Adequate physical activity, doing yoga or relaxation excercise. Follow a fixed routein for sleep and wakefulness If it doesn't work then take psychiatrist consultation
