Today I accidentally swallowed some amount of petrol not so much just 2-3ml . Is it really harmful ? What should i do now ? Please help me.

Being only 2 to 3 ml,  it may not do harm.  Larger quantity can cause gastric irritation, diarrhoea and lung injury. Just relax and take bland diet for a day.
