Gb polyp increased un size

Two years ago, during an abdominal ultrasound, an incidental finding of a 2.7 mm gallbladder polyp was discovered. I was advised to repeat the ultrasound a year later. When I did so, the polyp measured 3.2 mm. The doctor mentioned that since the tests were conducted at different labs, this could be a machine error and that there was no need to worry. Should I consider getting another ultrasound this year? I have no symptoms or weight loss.

Any single polyp <10mm doesn't requires surgery, Single polyp between 5-9mm requires regular follow up and surgery if age is 60 years or more... If you're having no symptoms and considering your age no need to worry about it... Still full USG report is required to comment on further course
