My baby is 1 year She has vomiting from 4 days and diarrhea from 3 days I give her kaptin, ors,and premosan Now I buy enterogermina I didn't give I'm confused what to do ,she is sick,not eating anything

Please Consult nearby pediatrician in person to rule dehydration etc And take proper treatment
