My brother get abdo pain nd he goes for usg dat detect ureteric stone nd gallbladder sludge wid bilirubin 2.3.after 3 month on usg theres s/o. Hepatitis wid direct .54 nd indirect 1.45.he took urodeoxy for 3 day nd bilirubin came to 1.28.what is it??he is medical student.

Hi as per ultrasound report of abdomen your brother had gal stone / sludge. and simultaneously jaundice, this may be a obstructive jaundice due to blockade of common bile duct. It's better to get a MRCP to rule out CBD STONES.
