During march i got throat infection for which i took antibiotics and from there my gut issue started i started having frequent burps with diarreah.. One day i have some blood with mucus doc said its an infection again took medicine during this tym from march to aug i lost weight 3 kgs till now i m still having burps sometimes constipation nausea feeling with fatigue..i m also havimg vitamin d very low.. Trapped gas feeling.. Doc said these are the symptoms of gastritis so should i go for endoscopy..? Are all these symptoms of gastritis?
