Feeling stomac full always even I have taken less food. Bitter tatste in mouth, digestion problem,burning sensation in stamoch, last but not least irregular stools ( constipation )

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You can take a tab. pantakind-D once a day half an hour before food for 3 days. Tab. Laxidyl two tablets in the night before bed for 5 days.
